CRIZU is a registered trademarks owned by Anna Bonino and is protected by national and international copyright laws.

All contents of the site are the exclusive property of CRIZU and are protected by national and international laws, including with regard to copyright. The user/Purchaser is not authorized to use these contents for purposes not specifically mentioned in the website. In that case, CRIZU may reserve any action against him. CRIZU reserves the right at any time to modify the content of its site, without notice. Use of the site is completely free, access to the site is free and registration is discretionary.

It is forbidden to download or use any type of images, photographs, texts and information on this site, using any download system or software.

It’s forbidden to insert pages from the www.crizu.it website within frames so that other trademarks can be linked to the site without the prior written permission of Anna Bonino

b) You are invited to carefully read this document, as from the moment of shipping prospective orders you will be asked to declare that you have read and accepted these conditions. The conditions of sale below regulate the offer and sale of products on the crizu.it website between CRIZU di Anna Bonino, corso Magenta 31/10, 16125, Genova, Italy, Tax code BNNNNA80H45Z602I, VAT number IT02158660999 and subscription number in the Genova Business Register GE 47611, hereafter referred to as CRIZU and the person acquiring from the above indicated website, hereafter referred to as the PURCHASER. Online orders of one or more articles indicates the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of use and acts as a contract between the PURCHASER, who should be over 18 and CRIZU for the trading of items online through the website. These Terms and Condition of use apply to all sales made through the website www.crizu.it.

These Terms and Conditions of use can be modified at any time. All changes will be in force the moment they are published in the section Terms and Conditions. For this reason, users are invited to regularly access the website www.crizu.it in order to verify the publication of the Terms and Conditions of use most updated.

The Terms and Conditions of use applicable are those in effect on the date of submission of the purchase order. Purchases made through www.crizu.it are regulated, other than those not expressly foreseen by the following terms and conditions of sale by the Decreto Legislativo n. 206/2005, for customer protection in distanced contracts.

1. CONDITIONS OF SALE.

www.crizu.it is arranged as a selection of online articles. The essential characteristics of the articles are indicated online in each item profile and are visible from the moment of choice, filling in the order and before completing the order. However, the actual images and colors of the items on sale on www.crizu.it could not correspond exactly to those in real life due to the internet browser or monitor used to view them, but also because all products are one of a kind and hue of the paper, disposition of the catches of the printed parts and number of pages may vary and be slightly different. Size and hight of the folded books also may vary by a few centimeters. PURCHASER is informed by accepting these Terms and Conditions that the folded book sculptures that are purchased on the website www.crizu.it my have differences from the ones shown on the website. PURCHASER is also informed by acceptance of these Terms and Conditions that, regarding the paper jewellery, the stones used may vary in shape and color for many stones used are of irregular shape and color; the brass elements cut by hand can be slightly different; regarding the parts in paper, the disposition of the charters of the printed part my vary from the model shown on the website. All parts close to the ear are Nichel Free, but by accepting these Terms and Conditions the PURCHASER accepts that CRIZU is not to be held responsible for any type of allergie.

In accordance with Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70 that provides the rules of electronic commerce, CRIZU informs the PURCHASER that: to conclude the purchase of one or more products on the site www.crizu.it, the PURCHASER must fill out the order form present on the website electronically, giving CRIZU, in compliance with the regulations concerning data protection, all the necessary data to allow CRIZU to execute the order, indicating the additional information necessary for delivery and selecting the payment method. The compiled form must be sent electronically, following the instructions that appear on the website at each step and that accompany the different phases of the purchase; the contract is concluded when CRIZU records the order form, after verification of the correctness of the data relating to the order and payment. Once the form is register and there is confirmation of the payment authorization of the total amount due, CRIZU will send, via email at the email address indicated in the form, the PURCHASER the information relating to the characteristics of the product purchased, the details of the price, the payment system used, the shipping costs and any additional costs. Any variation of the delivery information must be communicated to CRIZU via email to info@crizu.it within 24 hours from the registration of the order.

Please keep the e-mail receipt as proof of purchase; The order form will be stored in CRIZU’s database for the time necessary to execute the order and, in any case, by the legal deadline.

Remember that after forwarding, orders can not be modified or cancelled by the PURCHASER. Any errors must be reported within 24 hours to the email address: info@crizu.it

CRIZU reserves the right to accept or decline orders.

Since all the items on www.crizu.it are hand made, selected items may not be immediately available. In this case it is up to CRIZU to inform the customer the exact timing of delivery. But consignment will not exceed 30 days.

Completion of the contract is subject to verification of payment confirmation by CRIZU. CRIZU reserves the right to deny/cancel the order should they find payment irregularities.

In no event CRIZU can be held liable for non-performance in any one of the obligations under these Terms and Conditions of use in the event that the failure is caused by unforeseeable circumstances and / or force majeure, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, network failures and / or blackout.

2. PRICES.

All prices of the products shown the website www.crizu.it are in Euro (€). The prices shown in the product data sheets on the site are inclusive of VAT and do not include taxes or customs charges applicable to the destination country of the articles, should they be different to Italy and are to be undertaken by the PURCHASER. The products will remain property of CRIZU until payment of the purchase price and shipping costs.

CRIZU reserves the right to change at any moment the prices of the items available on the website, although once the contract is concluded, the prices of the articles acquired can no longer be modified.

CRIZU shall proceed with the purchase order only after receiving confirmation of the authorization of payment of the total amount due, consisting of the purchase price and the shipping costs. CRIZU reserves the right to reject orders from people who do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or which are pending disputes. In any case of unavailability of the product ordered, the PURCHASER will be promptly notified by e-mail and the purchase order will be canceled. If payment has already been made, CRIZU will refund the total sum paid by the client – including purchase price and the cost of shipment – immediately, and in any case within 30 days from the day after the order.

In this case refund will be done via bank transfer and the PURCHASER should communicate at the email address info@crizu.it their bank details to CRIZU who will promptly refund the PURCHASER the amount paid.

3. PAYMENT METHODS.

In the case where the PURCHASER details are incomplete or incorrect CRIZU will not fulfill the order and will cancel it via email.

CRIZU accepts only, bank transfers, PayPal and credit card payments.

The PURCHASER will indicate which method of payment they intend to use. The financial information (credit/debit card number and the expiry dates etc) is forwarded through encoding protocol to the bank dealing with the electronic payment services which third parties have no access to whatsoever. This information will never be used by CRIZU other than to complete the relative purchasing procedure or where it is necessary to alert or indicate to the Police of fraud or violation towards CRIZU.

CRIZU is not responsible for the eventual fraudulent or violation that can be committed by third parties with the credit card at the moment of payment.

The accompanying invoice, relative to the purchase with the product details and the relative prices will be inserted inside the parcel.

4. SHIPPING.

The final price, including shipping and insurance costs of the articles acquired, will be clearly marked before the final confirming purchase.

The purchased item will be shipped as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the date of purchase, unless out of stock. If there is to be a delay, due to the absence of the article in stock, CRIZU will inform the PURCHASER via email, specifying the estimate time of consignment of the product. Shipping will be made by mail or courier, to be chosen solely by CRIZU, and will always be traceable. The delivery of the ordered products will be to the address indicated by the PURCHASER. CRIZU cannot be held responsible in any way for any delay or failure to deliver due to unforeseeable circumstances, force majeur, or for delays attributable to the goods carrier. Shipping is always covered by insurance and the related costs are included in the final price. At the time of delivery CRIZU suggests to carefully check the integrity of the package and correspondence for quantity and quality with what is indicated in the accompanying document. In cases of discrepancies or differences the PURCHASER must notify CRIZU within 24 hours by either email or registered mail and retain the the goods and packaging, making them available for further inspection and investigation. Insurance coverage ceases upon delivery of the goods to the consignee / PURCHASER. The Purchaser is informed by acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of use that if the currier is to charge CRIZU extra cost of shipment do to incorrect delivery information or any cause or reason not imputable to CRIZU, the PURCHASER will be informed and charged of such sum.

Delivery is from Monday to Friday during normal business hours (9-1 / 2-6pm). Delivery is considered completed when the product is available to the PURCHASER at the delivery address specified in the order form. The PURCHASER is invited to contact CRIZU in case of delivery delays or dissatisfaction with the related services.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

In the event that a purchase contract is concluded outside the business premises, such sales are subject to EEC Directive n.85/577, which provides the opportunity for the purchaser to exercise the right of withdrawal. Internet purchases are included in this condition, but have to be made by only the private end user, therefore excluding authorized retailers and businesses.

This right consists of the possibility to unconditionally withdraw from the purchase, without giving CRIZU further explanation, of the articles purchased from CRIZU within 10 (ten) working days from the reception of the goods. CRIZU will refund the the PURCHASER the eventual sum paid for the purchase of the articles, with the exception of the return shipping costs which are care of the PURCHASER. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer shall, within 24 hours of receipt of the goods, notify CRIZU of this intention and give the following information:

– Number of the invoice or alternatively the order number.

– Bank details of where the refund will go. (CAB, ABI codes, account number, IBAN number)

Where the account holder details are different from those on the invoice receipt please indicate this.

Communication of return and of the above data must be communicated to CRIZU through the following:

  • Goods must be returned to CRIZU – corso Magenta 31-10, citofono Corradi Bonino, 16125,Genova,Italy

Within 10 (ten) days of receiving the goods, CRIZU will carry out the (total or partial) returns.

Return shipping of the articles should be through the the same transport and delivery methods used by CRIZU and are responsibility of the PURCHASER in case of loss or damage during transport. Return shipping costs are to be met by the PURCHASER.

Under Article. 67, paragraph II, the Consumer Code, it is an essential condition for exercising the right to withdraw, the integrity of the product to be returned. The products, therefore, must not have been damaged or altered.

In accordance with Article. 67, fourth paragraph of the Consumer Code, only after receiving the product / s and only after confirming a positive respect for the terms and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal as well as the integrity of the products, as specified in paragraph 3 above, CRIZU will proceed as quickly as possible, and in any event within thirty days from the date on which CRIZU became aware of the right of withdrawal, to the repayment of the sums paid by the PURCHASER. The amount of the refund will be communicated via e-mail and credited via bank transfer. Under Article. 55 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded in case the sale relates to products that are tailored or customized.

In the absence of the above requirements the PURCHASER will forego their right to a refund of the sums paid.

6. PRIVACY.

Treatment of personal data given to CRIZU through the completion of an order, site registration or in any other way come under the applicable laws 196/2003. With reference to this data, CRIZU collects and treats personal data given voluntarily by the PURCHASER in order to complete an order, register to the www.crizu.it website, make information requests, communicate via traditional post or though the site. The personal data CRIZU collects and processes include name, address, email address, telephone numbers, and other optional information given. Site browsing does not involve the provision of personal data, although this is made necessary to carry out orders and provide the requested services by the PURCHASER, such as site registration, answering user queries and sending requested information to the user. Where it is necessary in accordance to the Privacy Laws, CRIZU asks for the PURCHASER’S consensus before proceeding with the treatment of personal data.

7. DISPUTES.

Contracts between the PURCHASER and CRIZU are regulated by Italian law. Apply to them, in particular, the provisions of Articles. 50 et seq. of the Consumer Code. Any dispute regarding the application, execution, interpretation of these terms and conditions of use, the Court of Genoa is the competent authority.

CRIZU reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate the sale on the Site. CRIZU can not in any way be liable to the PURCHASER or any third party for any such suspension, modification or termination.

8. LEGAL NOTE.

The user, when registering, agrees also that CRIZU is in no way responsible, directly or indirectly, for any damage of any nature or type suffered by you or any other person, while browsing and consulting the site and in relation to any ensuing initiatives in which the user may decide to participate. We remind all users/purchasers that they are liable for the accuracy and integrity of information that will be included in the website. This information is transmitted by users, after registering and getting hold of email and password that is strictly personal. The user/purchaser has explicitly authorized addressees of this information, at the release of the same, to their treatment, according to the legal provisions in force. In addition, when you register, CRIZU informs the user/purchasers, who is therefore aware, its non-involvement with any other sites to which you can connect via a link on the portal. Therefore, CRIZU disclaims any liability with regard to their contents, not being in any way responsible for damages of any nature or type suffered by you or any other person in relation to their use or from what they offer.
