About This Project

Perspex Theca – Tamburino

A Carmine red top and red,black and gold stripes running long the sides to create a surprising effect. The result reminded us of a tamburino (‘small drum’ in Italian). We use natural pigments to obtain this beautiful effect. Each book absorbs the color differently making each piece unique.
Inclosed in perspex cases, called Theca, our folded books are protected and made even more special.
